Hen Pampering in Valencia

We had a brilliant time! Everything ran really smoothly and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The spa treatments were great as was the food. I would definitely recommend Freedom to a friend. Freedom were fantastic when it came to organising my sisters hen do. They went above and beyond to help with the activities, especially when I didn’t have the required media for the pyjama party, the hotel went a bought a DVD player especially for us. Last minute changes of details were no problem for them either. I can’t thank them enough and thoroughly recommend them as an event organiser.

From start to finish the service i received was excellent, they made sure everything was going ok with the planning and were very helpful when i had to change a few things. I had a lovely weekend thank you very much! would definitely recommend!

We had a BRILLIANT time on our hen weekend. It was carnage (in a very good way)! The planning and organisation from Angela was fantastic. She was very patient with multiple questions, requests and changes. I’m sure that most hen dos are more straightforward… The hotel was decent. I wouldn’t necessarily describe it as “luxury” accommodation but either way the staff were helpful and the much-needed breakfast on the Sunday was really tasty and fresh - great cappuccinos too. The spa treatments on the Sunday were also a welcome relief and the perfect way to end the hen weekend. All the ladies in the party told me how much fun they’d had and left feeling super relaxed (and super hungover). By way of constructive feedback, I would say that the dance instructor could have been more enthusiastic and fun. She didn’t seem that interested in building rapport and getting involved with the party. All in all, I would definitely recommend Freedom to friends and family and hope to use them again in the future.

I had a fabulous hen do! Everything was straight forward and easy enough to book. Staff were very helpful with a late add on that I had. Only thing I wasn't informed of was having to book the spa treatments but my friend found out by accident so no harm done! All in all would recommend again!!

Overall experience from freedom was excellence however one of the suppliers let them down. We booked a vip booth at Delta group / Cameo in Bournemouth and were told to arrive before 10 so when we turned up we expected everything to be ready for us but it wasn't we were told that there had been a function in the room that we were due to have our booth in we would have to wait for them to clear up and we would told when they were done. An hour later and still no one notified us that our seating was ready, it took us to find a member of staff and ask them. Other than this the rest of the weekend was awesome and would definitely recommend freedoms service but not the club's.

The cocktail masterclass was superb and really well organised. We all had a great time and said this was the best event on our weekend.

The novatel hotel was perfect. Great rooms, fab facilities and lovely to stay in. It was right near all our events which made it simple for us and staff were friendly and helpful.
