A former Victorian Granary and Railway Warehouse has been superbly converted to offer flexible accommodation to your party.

The renovation has been successful in producing a light, airy, characterful property that will delight all visitors.

You'll be just 10 minutes from the coastline and after a day at the beach time in the hot tub will be most welcome.

Sleeping Arrangements
There are 11 individual beds, so can sleep 18 of you across the 5 bedrooms.

Facilities
Fully equipped kitchen with double oven, grille, 7 ring gas hob, American style double fridge / freezer, convection microwave and dishwasher.
The kitchen has dining space for 8 and the separate dining area can seat 14.
The lounge is light and airy and takes over the whole of the first floor.

Outside
There are around 2 acres of well kept grounds, Jacuzzi / Hot-Tub and well crafted furniture for your use.

Nearby
The Granary puts you in the perfect location to explore East and North Yorkshire coastline... Filey, Bridlington, Scarborough and Whitby.

We can bring mobile activities to you for a small travel fee. Examples include Cocktail Making, Private Chef, Pampering.
