Bargain Travel Bureau Ltd (company number 01713965) trading as Red7 and Eclipse Leisure ceased trading on 26th June 2020, leaving thousands of stag and hens without the weekend they had planned. The company had been struggling financially for a few years with creditors of £1,112,083 in 2018, they failed to post company accounts in 2019 and then COVID-19 struck in 2020.
How to get a refund
Paid by debit or credit card - If you paid Red 7 using a Debit or Credit Card you will need to submit your claim for a refund to your card issuer.
In the first instance as your card issuer has liability under the Consumer Credit Act to refund you as your transaction with Red7 was 'financed' by your card issuer. Under the Consumer Credit Act you can claim against your card issuer for the full cost of the purchase (not just the amount on the card), for example, where the deposit was paid on your card and any further payments were made by another means. You should forward any documents the card issuer requests quickly to avoid significant delays.
Paid by any other way - Customers that paid Red7 by any other method will need to submit a claim to
