If you're looking for an activity that is fun and active without being too challenging then we recommend stand up paddle boarding.

You will be taken upstream along the Vltava river by our instructor, and then gently cruise home with the new Prague Paddleboarding skills you'll have learnt.

The journey you'll take is a beautifully scenic route that will give you a bit of a workout as well as the opportunity to see Prague in a completely different way, experience the joys of standing up on water and spending time with your friends.

We can't promise you won't fall in, but it's something to be prepared for!

Hen Notes

No alcohol consumption prior to activity please.
We suggest to wear a t-shirt, tank top, athletic shorts or a swimsuit/ bikini bottoms.
