After exploring the stunning Cotswolds there's nothing better than some chill time in the hot tub. Then get a little competitive over table tennis, croquet or badminton.

Sleeping Arrangements
Ground Floor
Twin or super king bed option with WC and hand basin.
First Floor
Twin or super king bed option plus double sofa bed if extra guests staying. Ensuite with a walk in shower.
2 x Twin or super king, shares the family bathroom.
Twin or super king option plus 1 x single futon bed if extra guest are staying. Ensuite with a walk in shower.

Annex
Super king bed or a twin set up. Ensuite with a shower enclosure, WC, basin and TV.
Concealed room accessed via an external staircase from the side of the annex. Option of a super king bed or twin has a WC and hand basin.

Facilities
Kitchen/Diner with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, family sized dining table with 6 chairs.
The separate dining room table to accommodate up to 14.
Lounge with TV and DVD player.

Outside
Privately housed hot tub with a walk in shower and toilet, concertina doors opening out on to the lawn.
There's an enclosed garden at the back of the property, with lawns big enough for badminton, tennis and skittles (all equipment provided).
Table tennis courtyard area.
Outdoor seating and dining area.

Nearby
This house provides a great base for exploring the stunning Cotswolds.
And of course the historic city of Oxford is not far away.
