Hen White Water Rafting in Nottingham

Friday or Sunday White Water Rafting sessions - supplement applies to Saturday sessions.

Step into 270 acres of beautiful Country park and taste the thrills and spills of Nottingham White Water Rafting.

The exhilaration of our grade 3 white water rapids can be enjoyed by everyone from 14 years and above. Each session lasts for 2 hours, where seasoned adrenaline junkies and novices alike will be blown away by the speed, volume and uniqueness of our man made, custom built, white water rafting course.

With 7 to a raft your mission is to negotiate the rapids ahead. Descend a 700m course up to 3 times in 7 or 4 man rafts.

Allow 3 hours for the session including changing, safety briefing and 2 hours on the rapids.

Experience the thrill of white water rafting on the official Olympic training site in Nottingham. Up to Grade 3 white water will ensure your heart is pumping as you tackle the rapids.

Upon arriving at the site you will be registered and collect your wet suit, a short brief will follow with a practice on the calm pools above the Rapids. You will descend the Rapids multiple times during the session, increasing in skill level as you progress.
