Fantastic Hen Weekend In Majorca Just returned from my Daughter's Hen weekend In Majorca and it couldn't have gone any better! The staff at Freedom were very helpful and friendly especially when I had a small issue with the original Hotel. the"problem" was resolved, before it became an issue! Upon arrival at the airport, we were greeted by a friendly transport driver, with no delay at all. Our hotel (HM MARTINIQUE) was, in fact, better than expected, clean and tidy, with room cleaning and towel changing every-day and all staff were welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect too. An ideal place to stay, for this type of weekend. the rep for Freedom, was very informative and very helpful too. Both evenings that had been arranged by Freedom were exactly as advised, and went very well, especially the Pirate Show. Any-one visiting Majorca must go and see it! The return trip to the airport was equally as efficient as the arrival. My daughter, her other guests and myself were very impressed with the package, as admittedly, were was a bit apprehensive about making this type of booking,not really knowing what you get and where you stay. My only advise is to read up on the accommodation offered, on trip adviser, so that you have an idea of what you are to expect. All in all, an excellent experience that none of us will forget, especially the Bride to be. Many thanks to Freedom Weekends Ltd.

Alton Towers Hen Weekend The whole process of this was fantastic from the booking right up to the weekend itself! The package we selected was great for what we were looking for and the price was even better! When booking I was notified we required a minimum of 8 people and we only had 6 but the staff at Freedom put my mind at rest and advised me this would not be an issue, and it wasn't. We had a great day at the theme park and a delicious 3 course meal at the Secret Garden restaurant which was really excellent and breakfast was also included the following day which was also of an excellent standard. The customer service received from Freedom from the get go can not be faulted they made everything as easy and straight forward as possible without bombarding me with e-mails either. Every element was fantastic and me and my friends would definitely book this again without hesitation. Can not fault Freedom or Alton Towers it was all absolutely brilliant and I would recommend Freedom to anyone booking a similar trip.

Alton Towers hen party The service from freedom was great it was the let down of Alton Towers that was the let down in the evening. The only thing that would have been better as it was a hen part is that we would have been better of having the vip passes on the Saturday as we didn't make it in the park to use the vip on the Sunday. Had a great weekend would use freedom again.

The hen weekend package to Alton Towers was an excellent deal at a great price. The staff at freedom provided excellent customer service and were always happy to help out and stayed in contact in the run up to the hen. The staff at Alton Towers also provided excellent service and the weekend ran smoothly! It was a fantastic weekend and there was something for everyone! The spa was the highlight of the weekend! I was very impressed by the staff from both freedom and Alton Towers. The staff at freedom ensured I knew everything before we left. would definitely recommend!!

I booked my hen do with freedom for a weekend at alton towers, it was so much better and easier for everyone to pay separatly! We saved loads of money from booking as a group! All the information we needed was all in one place and easy to get to! I will definitely be booking again with freedom! They sorted everything out, ftom out park tickets to booking us meals and even at the times of meals! So all we had to do is turn up and enjoy!

Fantastic hen do - highly recommend! A group of 14 of us went to Alton Towers on the weekend, as booked through Freedom! I have to say, this was the best hen party I have every been on. What was included in our package was such good value for money. For £125 we had one night in a hotel at Alton, which was fab. We had two days in the park, which was simple and use to sort out once we got there. We had a 3 course dinner and cocktails included, which were extremely high quickly. We had a buffet breakfast on the Sunday, which included sooo much choice. The hen do was amazing. As for Freedom themselves, they were extremely helpful. No matter what question I had to ask, they responded quickly and in a way which was understandable. Top customer services! I would recommend using Freedom to anyone wishing to book a hen weekend.

hen party at Alton towers Overall we had a fabulous weekend, I think the only thing that I would improve is the limited evening meal menu, we couldn't choose from the main menu there is a set one for our cause which was nothing like the main menu. Also by the time we had been served and eaten the entertainment in the hotel had finished but we then made our own entertainment and had a great time. The spa was great recommend highly and a very friendly place to stay.
