The organisation of our event was made easy from the team who booked it for us, then the whole event from the Reception team, the details/location of the booking and then the main man on the reception desk at the venue (who was so very helpful by the way and even sorted us a ride back to the train station which was really appreciated), the model and the artist too were lovely .... everyone was absolutely brilliant and made the day a day to remember for sure.

We booked a hen weekend through Freedom and it was straight forward and hassle free from beginning to end. Answered any questions I had quickly and were really helpful. We all had a brilliant time and it was such good value for money. Would definitely recommend and will be using again!

Brilliant night out in Birmingham for a hen do! Was easy to book and manage payments and if I had to email about anything, the reply was straight away! Would 100% recommend using freedom, can't fault them

Freedom were absolutely amazing. I was organising my best friends hen party and they literally did most of the work in arranging the activity and liaising with the company. We had so much fun doing “Goofy inflatable games” the bride to be absolutely loved it! The booking process was so easy, there were 11 of us and it helped me keep track of who had paid and I had reminders leading up to the event. What an amazing weekend! I have just been away for my Sister In Laws to be Hen do and it was even better than i expected. Freedom helped me and arranged everything that we needed. Communication and Customer service one of the highest standards i have experienced. Highly recommend!!
