Marbella Girls Night Out

I thought I'd give you some feedback, following our recent event. We all had a wonderful and enjoyable time at the Vodka Resolution bar, our hostess for the afternoon was very pleasant and friendly. We all thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon's games and pizza and potato wedges were good quality and very welcome. The suite in which we had the PJ party was extremely nice and the fondue was excellent. The other rooms in the hotel were very clean and comfortable. The only downside to the whole event was the service & quality of food served in the restaurant of the hotel itself. Our table was booked for 7pm and we had to wait until 715pm for the table to be made up. Despite the fact that we had pre-ordered our food via yourselves, we waited over 20 mins for any drinks to be served to us and our starters arrived some 20 minutes after that - they were all cold! Our main courses took too long to arrive and were not hot, but tepid - as were the desserts. We advised the restaurant Manager of our dissatisfaction, and he apologized and waived the charge of 2 bottles of wine. Hope this is of use. Kind regards Georgina Wood
