Birthday Foot Golf in Leeds

Looking for a different way to spend your weekend, well look no further than Leeds Footgolf. Now one of the fastest growing activities in the UK, footgolf has exploded over the last year. Taking place on the crisp fairways and greens of this 18 hole golf course, your group can enjoy all the fun and challenge of football, but without having to do any running. Always a winner if you’ve had a few drinks the night before.

Upon arrival our events coordinator will be on hand to guide your group. After giving you a quick briefing, some tips and splitting you up into groups, it’s time for the competition. Admittedly it might not have the reputation of the Ryder Cup or Champions League, but you won’t want to come last in this competition, your mates would never let you forget.

As you walk round or swim (if you constantly end up in a water hazard), your coordinator will set various challenges and forfeits along the way. Proven favourites are ‘weakest foot tee-off’, and ‘backheel putting’, both as difficult as they sound.

After the match, head to the 19th hole for some well-earned pints, plus a presentation for the best golfer (AKA Lionel Messi/Sergio Garcia of the group)

We certainly don’t discourage dressing the part, why not combine some knee high golf socks and shorts, with a football shirt. Although no ‘half and half’ shirts please, nobody wants to be seen with that person.
