On the ground floor is the kitchen typically "Algarvian Style",contains everything you need for your daily meals. The en-suite bedroom has a king size bed with air conditioning. (in the 7 bedroom villa this is where the extra bedrooms are!)

The living/dining room has an exit/entrance direct to the swimming pool (9mx4,20) and a garden.

The first floor is occupied by three bedrooms, one is en-suite with a bathroom and twin beds, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These two last rooms share a bathroom between them.

All rooms have air conditioning, this makes your stay pleasant all year round.

Outside The villa has the private swimming pool that you can request to be heated, BBQ area, pool/snooker table and a garden.

Safety: Main gate is automatic and the surrounding area is fenced off. The entrance to the villa area is closed with an electronic gate. In only a 2/3 minute walk you can find plenty local restaurants nearby, pharmacy, supermarket, Bus/taxi stop.

The nearest beach is the wonderful Praia da Falesia - miles of sandy beach, with a backdrop of reddish-orange cliffs and pine-trees - which runs for miles, almost all the way to Vilamoura.
