There are 2 kitchens. The main has Rangemaster 110 double oven, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer and the second is more of a breakfast style room.
The dining room can seat 18 and patio doors lead out in the garden.
The comfortable lounge has a large smart tv/dvd and games cupboard.
Games room with table tennis table and mini snooker table.
Therapy room so you can pre book treatments.

Outside
Hot Tub, BBQ and outdoor seating.
The private garden has a gate leading off to the cliffs, beach and village.

Nearby
Time spend at the beach is a must, but you'd also be close to the Norfolk Broads.
