This beautifully converted cottage and outbuildings will wow from the off. Carefully designed to offer you a wonderful holiday home for the weekend in the countryside of East Yorkshire.

The developers have aimed for a light and airy space and achieved that aim with much success. Large windows and vaulted ceilings give you that wonderful feeling of space.

We hope you can make full use of the outdoor space and the hot tub and outdoor pine sauna area a huge bonus. As is the private garden, with dedicated BBQ area to relish the joys of eating al fresco.

Bedroom 5 - Larger room with Twin or Super King Double (located off the main sitting room).
First Floor

Facilities
The kitchen is a stunning space with vaulted ceiling and central island. It has a double oven rangemaster and all the equipment you need to cook up a feast.
The dining room has a table to seat all 16 of you, so you can all eat together.
The utility room is located next to the kitchen and has a washing machine and tumble dryer. A shower room with w.c. is located next to the utility room.
Games room has Wii games console, games, books and pool table.
Fantastically comforting log burners.
A really comfortable living room that has French doors, giving a great view.

Outside
The enclosed courtyard garden at the back of the house, has plenty of outdoor furniture for you to use. And if you fire up the BBQ will most certainly be needed. The large gas BBQ is supplied with gas and bbq tools, get the sausages and steak on!
There is a 6 seater hot tub and an outdoor pine sauna cabin, so some relaxation time is guaranteed.
This house comes with it's own paddock, perfect for exercising your dogs. 2 dogs allowed by prior arrangement.
Parking and electric vehicle charging point.

Nearby
You can reach a small seaside town of Hornsea just a 10 minutes drive away or head for the busier resort of Bridlington which is about 15 miles away. Bustling Beverley market town centre 20 minutes away, plenty of food outlets and pubs.
The local Brandesburton village has shops, foodie pubs and the all important fish and chip take-away.
