Room 5: King x 1 / Single x 1 / Large Bunk x 2 (sleeps 4 or 6, bottom bunk = small double)

2nd Floor:
Room 6: King x 1 / Bunk x 1 / Single x 1
Room 7: King x 1 / Single x 1

We also have a fold out sofa double bed in the living room which can sleep another 2 guests. (Linen will be put aside ready for use)
Standard set up sleeps 23 or 25 (including sharing the lower bunk double beds) or on request, 27 with the pull-out sofa bed.

Fully fitted kitchen with all equipment including double AEG oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
2 comfortable sitting rooms with 50" HD Smart TVs.
Dining space in the conservatory for 20 (+6 in adjacent bar/lobby).
