If you do love to be beside the seaside and want to have your party weekend in Bournemouth, we can book the entire townhouse just for your party.

You'll be just minutes away from the BIC, Pavilion, Beaches and Piers and Town Centre. BIC, Pavilion, Beaches and Piers and Town Centre.

You can hire the full house as self-catering from October through to the last week in May and then you would hiring on a B&B basis.

Facilities
A fully equipped commercial kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, commercial gas hob and electric oven for your use from October to the last week in May.
On the ground floor there's one large dining room with an ornate decorative marble fireplace, one sitting room with couches and a TV. There's a second lounge on the second floor with 2 large L-shaped sofas, a few chairs and one large 40-inch TV screen with Freeview. This room has large floor to ceiling windows and overlooks the front of the house as well as glimpses of the sea.

Outside
A short walk to the 7 miles of sandy beaches, piers and town centre.
Paid parking is available, just a 1 minute walk away.

We have lots of activities in the Bournemouth area, please ask when booking.

Check in and out
Check in time is from 3pm and check out is at 11am.
