Just 6 miles from the beautiful and historic city of Bath, this private Georgian residence is simply stunning.

Arrive, chill, take a dip in the heated swimming pool and hot tub. The swimming pool is open April – November and the hot tub is open all year round.

Main Apartment sleeps 12 plus and it is situated at the top end of the drive, in addition there are a further 2 Lodges, that sleep 4 in each, and they are located a short walk away down the drive.

Facilities
Fully equipped kitchen with marble flooring, dishwasher and washing machine. It also includes a large 5 burner range cooker. Utensils, crockery, glasses and pots and pans are provided for you use.
Comfy sofas, large dining table, pool table and of course flat screen tv.
Each of the lodges has its own bathroom, kitchen and dining area.

Outside
Well the heated swimming pool and hot tub deserve another mention. The pool is open from April to November. A Mediterranean style terrace and seating area offer a pleasant place to relax. This terrace, with the pool and hot tub, is situated between the main apartment and the lodges.

Noise Policy
The outdoor areas close at 9pm. We would ask in respect of the residents above and our neighbours that you refrain from playing any music outside, we provide speakers inside which can be used until 12 midnight. After this we ask noise is kept to a minimum. There is a Disturbance to neighbours charge of £480 per night.
