The new kid on the block sees you floating gently on the water before trying to stand up and balance?!

That's not to say you wont fall in however, learn to master the art of paddling or be prepared to spend a lot of time in the drink!

It may sound easy, but we promise you it's not as simple as you think! Distributing your weight is key for this activity, but be prepared for one hell of a work out as you stand up and paddle around aimlessly!
