Freedom Team in Liverpool
It is always a high light getting to try out the activities that we offer and to visit new locations, so we were looking forward to ticking off another City from our list, it was time to see what Liverpool had to offer.
We arrived at our accommodation which was the Village Wirral and was greeted by the lovely manager Tracey who looked after us during our two night stay. We had a tour around the hotel and viewed the spa and pool area, which some our team tried out, taking the advantage of a morning swim and a relax in the sauna.
We then began our nude life drawing class and was given a warm welcome from both the tutor and model. After lots of giggles, a few blushing faces and a BIG sip of prosecco we soon picked up our charcoal and paper and began drawing our hunky model and nothing was left to the imagination. After a couple of cocktails we really got into it and who would have known we were such artists.
We then dinned at the hotel where we had a delicious 2 course meal and attended the hotel’s decade’s party.
Up and excited for day two, starting with a cooked breakfast and we were off to explore around the City, which was incredibly pretty at this time of year, full of festive decorations and twinkling lights. Being an all-girls trip this time we even managed to squeeze in a bit of Christmas shopping before we stopped off for lunch and our first activity of the day, Pizza making.
Chef aprons and hats on and we were looking the part and ready to get creative, we kneaded and rolled out our dough, chose our delicious toppings and awaited our creations to be cooked whilst enjoying dough balls and prosecco. Refuelled and tummy’s full of pizza we were raring to go again.
Next up, we braved the cold, woolly hats, scarfs and gloves were applied and we had our head phones at the ready and it was time for our silent disco tour. This was not any tour, but a Christmas themed tour, we are an office of Christmas enthusiast’s so this was right up our street and most definitely got us all in the Christmas spirit. We sang our hearts out and strutted our stuff through the streets of Liverpool.
We then returned back to our hotel to glam ourselves up and we were straight back out for our evening of fun, starting with a tasty two course meal at Revolution and couple of cocktails and shots thrown in for good measure, following this we then boarded the party bus. The party bus showed us more city sights as we partied around the town, dancing the night away as we stopped at 5 different clubs. We ended our night trying out a new venue, Circo, with a nightclub VIP package where we enjoyed our bottles of Prosecco in our reserved booths watching the impressive entertainment of dancers, acrobatics and fire eaters.
We enjoyed our final breakfast before we checked out and made our long journey back to Essex, feeling sleepy and a little fragile, but yet again another amazing weekend for our Freedom family, we loved Liverpool and it was a massive thumbs up from all the team, we cannot wait to come back.
