Hen Mud Warrior in Cardiff

The course will challenge your mind and fitness! The obstacles will cover running, climbing, jumping, crawling, swimming, and balancing elements with the aim of testing team work and endurance. Our course consists of many elements and you will move onto different sections as you move along the course, it's roughly 2.8 kilometres long.

Obstacles include: Under and over logs, balance poles and beams, stepping stones, bridges over streams, spiders web of net, cargo net crawls, vertical wall to traverse, Burma bridge, balancing across a rope, tyre run and tyre lines, tunnel crawl, swing over a mud pit, 50ft cargo net to climb over, pipe crawls.

The Woodland Assault Course is a great activity for team building events or simply an excuse for some competition between a group of friends! This will not just be a race against time, this is all about team-work and must be thought about beforehand, each individual will be transporting vital supplies from start to finish! Keep your vital supplies in tact to accomplish the course! It's a point scoring activity and we have a running leader board for our groups, you never know you could be the next top team!
