Salsa is a sensual Cuban dance with deep Afro-Cuban beats. It is the most popular partner dance in the world and can also be a fantastic solo dance.

'Salsa' implies a dance with a spicy flavour!

You've seen and admired it on 'Strictly', well now it's your turn in Cambridge!

Our fantastic instructors will teach you the basic footwork and build on this with passionate and dynamic Salsa moves. By the end of the 90 minute session you'll be performing a whole Salsa dance like a Cuban pro! If you like Salsa music you'll love this party!

Hey and there's the added bonus that this dance class is a great way to burn calories, gain fitness and build confidence.

Hen Notes

We suggest wearing something that will allow you to move freely in, such as shorts and a vest or a dress. Of course, you are also welcome to get dressed up! Also, trainers for your warm up and warm down.

If the venue is available then bookings for any other day of the week can be arranged
