First Floor: 2 x family rooms with 6ft zip and link beds plus additional single and en suite. Bedroom with king-size bed and en suite; twin room comprising 2 single beds with views overlooking the paddocks. Family bathroom with double shower and free standing roll top bath.
Second Floor: Double bedroom with beams; twin room with en suite.

Well appointed Kitchen with Range Cooker and larder fridge and dishwasher; Dining room, with wood floor overlooking the paddocks with dining table to seat 18. Two lounges both with wood floors and open fires with large Freeview flat screen TVs and DVDs; utility area with additional fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer; cloakroom.
