With your own giant chocolate slab you'll make and decorate some delicious chocolates, these are just for you unless you want to share with those at home. Then a little team work is required as you work together to make some cream ganache and get piping some truffles into whatever shape you decide... yes we are expecting some rude examples! There will be plenty of decorations for you to use, including strawberry curls, white chocolate flakes and honeycomb. You all get to make around 15 chocolates, plus your giant chocolate slab. And we'll organise a goody bag to take your chocolates home... if they last that long!
